What Is Gifted Guidance?
Gifted Guidance is a three-month coaching program that helps you discover and walk in your God-Given Genius, who you were created to be. Based on a combination of assessment tools, you’ll discover and learn about all of your strengths, talents, gifts, and natural inclinations. One-on-one sessions and weekly check-ins will help you apply your genius to your everyday life.
Our program is designed to help you discover and learn your purpose.
There are many assessments out there, but most only show one characteristic of who you are. Our gifts assessment profile pulls together different characteristics of you - your strengths, natural inclinations, motivations, leadership style and more to provide a whole picture of who you are and what you are naturally gifted to do. We guide you through your assessment results
so you can understand and discover your calling and learn how to pursue it.
How Does the Program Work?
Over the course of three months, you will take several assessments and meet with your God-Given Gifts Coach and Founder John Davies. John will walk you through your results and create a personalized plan on how you can use your God-Given Genius in your life to align with your purpose and feel more confident and fulfilled.
John specializes in helping individuals achieve their full potential. He understands that every person is unique and has a God-given purpose that is waiting to be discovered. With John as your coach, you will have a partner who is dedicated to helping you uncover your talents, gifts, and purpose.
With Gifted Guidance, you will receive:
The Full Gifts Assessment to uncover your motivational gifts
The CliftonStrengths 34 assessment to identify your natural strengths
The Builder Profile 10 Assessment to understand your approach to business and projects
The SuccessDNA to see your leadership style
Four, one-on-one coaching and strategy sessions with John
Weekly check-in sessions via a form and video response for three months
After you take your assessments, you will:
Meet with John for a two-hour strategy session to review your assessment results
Meet with John for an hour in your second month
Meet with John for an hour in your third month
Have weekly support and access to to John through form check-ins and video and email responses
